Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for digital educational products, VIP coaching services, and educational events offered through our platform.

By purchasing any service or product from AI Pro Skills, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Digital Educational Courses

AI Pro Skills provides self-paced digital educational programs, including online courses, educational eBooks, downloadable materials, and certification-related content.
Due to the digital nature of these products, all purchases are generally considered final once substantial access to course materials has been granted.

Refund Eligibility

A customer may be eligible for a refund if:

1. The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the original purchase date; and

2. The student has not accessed or completed more than 30% of the course content, including educational modules, downloadable materials, eBooks, or associated resources.

Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period may not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be granted if:

1. More than 30% of the course content has been accessed or completed;

2. Certificates have already been issued;

3. Downloadable educational materials have been substantially accessed;

4. The refund request is based solely on subjective expectations, personal outcomes, or failure to achieve individual business or learning objectives;

5. The request is made outside the applicable refund review period.

AI Pro Skills provides educational tools, training, and guidance. Individual results may vary depending on the student’s effort, experience, implementation, and external factors beyond the Company’s control.

VIP AI Coaching Services

AI Pro Skills provides premium one-to-one AI coaching services conducted remotely via online communication platforms such as Zoom.

Coaching services are delivered through personalised educational planning, scheduled sessions, and tailored guidance provided by internal AI specialists.

Refund Review Process

Refund requests relating to VIP Coaching services may be reviewed only under limited circumstances, including:

1. Documented service-related issues occurring during the initial stages of the coaching program;

2. Failure to deliver scheduled coaching sessions without reasonable justification;

3. Significant technical or operational issues directly attributable to the Company.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

1. The number of completed coaching sessions;

2. Hours already delivered;

3. Educational materials already provided;

4. Administrative and scheduling costs already incurred.

Non-Refundable Coaching Circumstances

Coaching services may become partially or fully non-refundable if:

1. More than three (3) coaching sessions have been completed;

2. A substantial portion of the coaching program has already been delivered;

3. The client fails to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice;

4. The request is based on subjective dissatisfaction unrelated to service quality.

Approved refunds, where applicable, may be issued on a proportional basis at the Company’s discretion.

Educational Forums, Seminars & Mastermind Events

AI Pro Skills organises premium educational seminars, mastermind experiences, workshops, and networking events.

These services may include coordination of:

1. Hotel accommodation;

2. Transportation arrangements;

3. Transfers;

4. Hospitality services;

5. Educational venue access;

6. Networking activities.

Such services are coordinated in cooperation with licensed third-party travel, hospitality, and logistics providers.

Event Refund Policy

Due to advance contractual obligations and operational commitments with third-party providers, educational event packages are generally non-refundable.

This includes costs associated with:

1. Hotel reservations;

2. Venue bookings;

3. Transportation arrangements;

4. Catering services;

5. Event coordination expenses;

6. Third-party supplier commitments.

However, in exceptional circumstances, AI Pro Skills may review requests on a case-by-case basis where:

1. An event is cancelled by the Company;

2. Regulatory or force majeure circumstances prevent event delivery;

3. A documented administrative error has occurred.

Approved refunds, if any, may be subject to deductions for non-recoverable third-party expenses already incurred.

Technical Issues

If a customer experiences technical difficulties preventing reasonable access to purchased educational services, the customer should contact our support team as soon as possible.

AI Pro Skills will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly. Where technical issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, refund eligibility may be reviewed at the Company’s discretion.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact AI Pro Skills directly before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through financial institutions.

The Company maintains internal dispute resolution procedures designed to resolve customer concerns fairly and efficiently.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund systems, or deliberate misuse of educational services may result in:

1. Permanent account suspension;

2. Restriction of future purchases;

3. Submission of supporting evidence to payment providers and financial institutions.
